There is a large BBQ and games area for the guests at the east end of the building . Snowmobile and ATV right from the parking lot into the Pasayton Valley. The entire building is wired to WiFi - you can control all electronic door locks, power, hot water tanks ect, cameras, lights from your phone . There is propane powered Generac back up power system. Great water from the well onsite. Owners suite is 1 bedroom with a full kitchen and bath and separate laundry and a good sized living room. Owners space at west end of building is private and has a firepit , bbq area, 2 sea cans for storage and a wood storage area. Building has metal roof and finished with Hardy board.
